Anni Katrin Elmer lives and works in Vienna, Tbilisi and Zurich.
She studied Visual Communication/Photography and Arts and Design at the University of Art in Zurich from 2002 to 2006. From 2015 to 2017, she studied Contemporary Photography: Practices and Philosophies at Central Saint Martins in London.
Improvisation, an open, straightforward attitude toward the subject and surrounds, is an important component of her photographic practice.
